At the core of our business is a small and personal team who ensure that you are well looked after in a highly professional and personable manner. Jon Sheppard is the driving force behind Sheppards Estate Agents

Jon is the Guernsey born and bred Managing Director and owner of Sheppards Estate Agents, based in Guernsey. Jon has two decades of experience in the Guernsey property market, both as a Senior Conveyancing Executive and as a Guernsey Estate Agent with a large local company. He has also held positions in Guernsey relating to Trust & Company administration and Anti-Money Laundering. This range of experience provides Jon with a unique wealth of knowledge, experience and a strong skill-set. Jon's ethos is to go above and beyond in order to help achieve the desired outcome, he is keen to think outside of the box and apply practical and useful solutions to issues with a can-do attitude. His key aims are: providing advice and support where appropriate, consistent and regular communication and a friendly and positive attitude.

Jon is married to Helen and has two grown up children. In his spare time he likes spending time in his workshop turning wood and making rustic furniture. His other passions are reading, current affairs and socialising.

Jas_1.jpgJasmine has recently joined the growing team at Sheppards to assist with photography, keeping the website up to date, administration and property viewings. Jasmine recently returned to Guernsey from a year and a half of travelling abroad and is new to the world of estate agency. She is highly enthusiastic and well developing member of the team.

Before travelling Jasmine worked for a local advocate as an administration assistant.

In her spare time Jasmine likes to practice kick-boxing, meeting up with her friends and leading an admirable healthy lifestyle.

Jasmine has a wonderful happy and cheerful demeanour and is ready to assist with all your property needs.



Helen_1.jpgHelen works part-time for Sheppards providing administration, reception and secretarial services to the company. She processes client due diligence and can be found on the occasional property viewing. 

The rest of the time Helen works at Holy Trinity Church in a role sponsored by The Pargiter Trust, that supports people over the age of 65 by reducing loneliness and isolation. 

Helen is married to Jon and they have two grown up children. 

In her spare time Helen enjoys being creative, cooking, reading, gardening, sewing and reminding Jon of everything he has forgotten to do!
