Sheppards Estate Agents is a locally owned Guernsey Estate Agency, based at 1 Eros House, St Martin and started operating February 2020 by Jon Sheppard.
We focus on buying, selling and renting Guernsey property with an emphasis on excellent customer service, extensive property expertise and a good, in-depth legal knowledge. Meet Jon from Sheppards Estate Agents
Jon is married to Helen and has two grown up children. In his spare time he likes spending time in his workshop turning wood and making rustic furniture. His other passion is reading, current affairs and socialising.
At the core of our business plan is our small and personal team who ensure that you are well looked after in a highly professional and personable manner. Jon Sheppard is the face, personality and knowledge behind Sheppards Estate Agents; he has worked in the property sector for nearly two decades as a Senior Conveyancing Executive and as a Guernsey Estate Agent and has also held positions in Guernsey relating to Trust & Company administration and Anti-Money Laundering. This range of experience provides Jon with a unique wealth of knowledge, experience and a strong skill-set.
Jon's ethos is to go above and beyond in order to help achieve the desired outcome, he is keen to think outside of the box and apply practical and useful solutions to issues with a can-do attitude. His key aims are to provide advice and support where appropriate, consistent and regular communication and a friendly and positive attitude.
